By downloading or using Mindful Planner you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mindful Planner (the "App"), developed and operated by Synvex Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial task management and planning purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Mindful Planner allows you to connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar) to import events. By connecting these services, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

5. Notifications

The App can send you local push notifications for task reminders you configure. You are responsible for ensuring your device settings allow notifications if you wish to receive reminders. We are not liable for missed reminders resulting from device settings, operating system limitations, battery optimisation, or connectivity issues.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synvex Labs and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law (including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 for South African users), our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or R100 (ZAR), whichever is greater.

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the App's Settings screen.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
