We collect only what is necessary to provide the app's features:

We do not collect precise location data, financial information, or any data beyond what is listed above.
We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Local storage: By default, all your tasks, events, and preferences are stored only on your device using local device storage.
Cloud sync (optional): If you sign in and enable cloud sync, your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Mindful Planner integrates with the following third-party services:
Calendar OAuth connections (Google, Outlook) are used solely to retrieve events for a one-time import. We do not store OAuth tokens beyond the import session.
We request notification permission to deliver task reminders you have set up. All notifications are generated locally on your device — no notification content is sent to our servers. You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings.

Mindful Planner is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Mindful Planner after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
